Superhost. Home builder.
Local operator.
I’m the owner of Too Quiet LLC, based in Bushkill. I manage multiple short-term rental properties across Monroe and Pike counties while also working as a hands-on home builder.
That combination is rare — and it means the people who trust me with their properties get both excellent guest experiences and real structural care.
Why I do this
Most property managers are great at calendars and messaging. Very few can also look at a leaking roof, a failed septic component, or a framing issue and know exactly what needs to happen next.
Because I build and renovate homes, I treat every property under my care with the same standards I apply to my own projects — structural integrity, clean systems, and long-term value protection.
How I work
I’m intentionally selective. I only take on properties I can truly care for at a high level. That means fewer owners, deeper attention, and better results.
You’ll always know who’s responsible. There’s no call center, no rotating coordinators — just me and a small network of trusted local trades when needed.
